Pip failled

Hi
I received my pip decision letter last week they have given me 0 points at the time of filling out the paper work i didn't send doctors report which i had then i had an mri after the assessment and things went worse afterwards now i am on clutches but i was not at the time of assessment. I been to citizens advice and they said it's better to drop off the case as they will look at how i was feeling at that time they don't consider what happened afterwards. I am really confused what shall I do either wait for couple of months or go for reconsideration.
Any help will be really very grateful for me
