Hi and welcome, this link should help you find your way around the site
Welcome to Benefits and Work It depends how long ago the ESA85a was completed as to whether you will be able to obtain a copy. If your ESA decision was within the past few weeks you should be able to write, or phone, and request a copy. If it is longer ago then your best route would probably be to submit a 'Subject access request' for all records held by DWP in association with your ESA, they then have up to 40 days to respond (you can do this anyway if you wish, even if your decision was very recent).
Subject access request DWP retain your data for a varying length of time. Some members have been told that their data has been destroyed after about 18 months, others have been able to obtain a copy of records that are considerably older than this. The SAR will result in you receiving any/all paperwork held.
