Is there a limit on the age of your written medical evidence, if it is still relevant to prove how this effects you.

Where medical evidence is concerned I think you have to use some common sense. Records from several years ago are not likely to be relevant, and most likely won't show the degree of disability you have at the present moment.

Send the most recent evidence you have. No one wants to see appointment letters etc, but you can include recent test results and mention if you are awaiting a referral to a new Consultant/Specialist.
