Hi Ob,
Our advice is to treat any review/renewal of a PIP Award as if it was your first claim.
You should provide all and any evidence that may be current at the time of the renewal, and not assume that the PIP Assessment Provider (ATOS or Capita) will have access to your previous claim and any evidence that you may have previously provided.

Do you know if this means I would possible have another home visit or maybe not even need a visit next time? I'm unsure what it means in practice. I will try and re-iterate the need for support when I'm asked to renew next month.

It could but it would require the Assessment Provider to refer to your previous notes and this only happens rarely,
