ESA50 - completion

My dad filled in my last ESA50 form for me, and he filled it in as if it was me writing it. For example he put "I can't manage to cook a meal", and then at the end completed the box stating that he had filled it in and why.
This time around my brother is filling in the form, and he has filled it in using phrases like "she can't manage to cook a meal", "she suffers side effects from this drug".
I don't know which is the right way to do this. Should my brother fill it in as if he is completing it on my behalf but using my words like dad did, or is it ok for him to carry on completing it the way he is?
I just don't know which way it should be, and I am finding this whole review is making me ill as it is.
Thank you JBM

Welcome to Benefits and Work
In relation to whether your ESA50 is written in the 1st person (I cannot do a,b,c) or 3rd person (JBC cannot do a,b,c) it doesn't really matter, as long as whoever writes it makes it clear how and why this has been done.
If your form has not yet been submitted, it is worth having a look at our ESA guide to make sure your claim has been presented in the best way.

Am I right in thinking that this means that they had enough evidence on the form and documents/care plans to make a recommendation to the DWP based on this, and that my ESA will be renewed? All be it that I won't know whether I am still in the support group or the WRAG until I get the decision letter?
Thanks JBM

I have just found out that I have been placed in the support group again. Although this time there is a two year review date and last time, when I was moved over from IB it was for three years.
Without the guides and this site I'm sure that I would have had to have had a F2F so thank you B&W.
