I am really beginning to panic over the PIP assessment, as if the form wasn't stressful enough. I will be attending with a close friend, as I suffer badly with anxiety and get easily confused. Is there any advice people could give who've attended these assessments, and is there anything I could bring to help the process?

Have a look at the PIP Claim guide, there is a section at the back that covers what to expect at the interview and the questions likely to be asked.
Hopefully other members who have gone through the process will share their experiences.
