Tribunals have wide powers to accept evidence as they see fit, so there is no specific exclusion of video evidence, but that does not mean that they will have an interest in it at the hearing!
If it is something that you feel is essential to your case, then you need to send the video files in at the earliest opportunity with a written explanation of why you want them to review the files, you should also contact the Clerk of the Court to find out whether the venue has support for video playback. You should also ask about their ability to copy the videos for distribution to the DWP and all of the panel members.
