i'm waiting now the sutton court says my request for home panel and gp reply is with the judge does anyone know howlong this take i sent my appeal late in september but cause of life problems accepted delay. i just want decisiom now i been waiting a yr and 3 months appllying and 6 months since registering appeal.

my life is worse from when i applied

i also freshly applied in september 2015 after they rejected my MR in july n they want me come with 2 day notice but told them come my house where i have carer n floating sw help me communicate. but they said dwp did not release my file. my dwp area managers sectry told me in january ` not worry n theyll help me. are they waiting for my old claim first.

im very scared to have so many men in my house i did tell the court to bring crb cause i have a newborn infant here now you know. i already tell themmy severe anxiety.

I don't think we have ever had someone on the forum receive a domiciliary hearing, so I afraid I can't tell how long you will have to wait, I do have to warn you that they are very rarely granted.

The Tribunal panel will only be able to take into account your conditions as they were at the time of the Decision you appealed, they cannot take into account any changes deterioration of your condition since then.

Although you appear to have had contact with the DWP about your PIP claim as well as your ESA one, I don't understand why they are saying the things that you have reported in your post, they are simply not in a position to help you.

You don't say whether you have submitted anything as part of your appeal but I would recommend that you go through your original PIP2 with our PIP Claim guides to see if you can improve your case. See
