I have received a letter today from dwp saying that they visit their customers face to face to provide help and support with various aspects of our business. They want details of my money, my savings, my health. I am stressed as I have recently sent in my esa50 form. I am mentally and physically too ill to cope with this. I have a doctors letter stating how I am. I am suicidal at the moment. Is this visit compulsory? What is it all about?
