I don't know how well this is applied but this is an excerpt from the DWP's Assessment guide
"Being able to complete a journey at night time only however, is not considered to be completing a journey to an acceptable standard. Therefore, in these instances, this descriptor may be appropriate."

This applies to (e).
By definition, in order to follow a route ((d) and (f)), you must be able to leave your home so the restriction does not apply.

Thank you, so what about e) if say you leave your home to go to a communal refuse bin - does this count as a journey?

Whilst the test is defined as undertaking a journey you are being asked about whether you can leave the house during daylight.
Your conditions will be a factor, so someone with Agoraphobia would not be expected to go out at all but someone with Social Phobia would avoid going out because they cannot be with other people, so in the case of the latter a trip to the bin might be acceptable.

Gordon, re following route - d) and f)
Are these still purely navigational, and nothing to do with ability of executing the route?
If still purely navigational, is the navigational take on the descriptors actually law, or DWP guidance?
What about if having to take detours to avoid OCD triggers? Or abandoning the journey due to OCD obstacles. Are these relevant to f)
