Can her parents do most of the talking?
Any advice would be appreciated please
Thank you
The panel should take into account that the claimant is a child, they may want to hear some things from them but I would expect most questions to be directed to the parents and there should be no issue with them adding extra information if needed, but they do still need to be mindful that this is in effect a court of law and should take direction from the judge as to how much input they can make.
