Dla to pip transfer

I am afraid we have no specific information on how DLA claimants living abroad will be handled, all claimants on the UK mainland are now eligible to be invited to claim PIP, the areas that are still not (e.g. Northern Ireland) are subject to their own legislation.

I would assume you will be covered by the UK legislation, but whether you will invited at random, as UK residents will or whether the DWP will deal with you en masse is impossible to say at this time.

I would expect you to be assessed in your country of residence by a local doctor, but otherwise the process is likely to be the same.
