Assessment Cancelled

My assessment with Atos has now been cancelled twice by Atos. The first time I did get a couple of days notice and the second time a few hours notice. My next appointment has now been made for 7th April. Should I notify DWP about this? I asked why these appointments are being cancelled and the girl said it was more than likely for personal reasons? Surely they can only cancel so many times?
