ESA/ DLA was created by king goodwill

Had to return my ESA 50 form by Mon 21st March . This afternoon Wed 23rd I receive letter from DWP to tell me I will still receive DLAat the middle rate for care, and higher rate mobility that was sent on 11th March which was 2 weeks after I received my ,ESA 50 form , Does anyone understand what's going on

It sounds like the annual uprating letter for DLA, DLA and ESA are completely separate benefits so it is not connected to your returning your ESA50.
