ESA phone call from decision maker was created by Glyn Cook
I had my ESA re-assessment on the 16/3 and I was rung yesterday by the DWP to book a call with a decision maker. I realise, after reading your guides that this is likely to mean I am going to be turned down but is there any advice as to what to say in the call, can I appeal straight away?

I would make a bullet list of the reasons why you think you should be awarded points and keep it by the phone.

You can request a Mandatory Reconsideration as soon as you have been officially notified of the Decision, see the ESA appeal guide for more details.

I received one of these calls 2 years ago,the lady just asked me a couple of questions and then said she was happy to tell me that I was in the support group.
