Heads up/ OOH Medical records vanish!

Thought to let the members know, had my up to date main medical records BUT
all Out Of Hours attendance & call consultations ALL missing !

The health boards department weren't at first bothered about this.. till i pointed out I'm making an official compliant, and if its happened to me it has not only probably happened to others at same surgery but at other surgery's within the local authority

Oh and i shouted at them, expressing urgency
i believe its the shouting at them that really made them sit up & take note.

Now the OOH department are scurrying around like rats trying to find missing records.
Really wanted some of those records for a ESA claim, one more day claim has to be posted.. sods law eh !

Well, well , follow up,
Been in touch with other patients at the same practice who were seen by out of hours over the Easter bank holidays and then went to the GP the following week & this week,
and told the gp they'd been to OoH and wanted a follow up on care, they were told matter of factly, oh records normally come through electronically none there yet!

So my practice are unaware right now; same as the health board, i am not an isolated case.. will go to town on them next week
Right now My ESA deadline is far more inportant.
