I would like to know if a person who is getting ESA and DLA for an indefinite period, need to send a Medical Certificate and how long must be sent

You need to provide a Fit Note for any period that you are receiving the ESA Assessment rate, if an award has been made then there is no requirement.

You don't need Fit Notes for DLA or PIP.
