Hi Guys
I am in receipt of the higher rate ESA which I understand is being phased out and to be replaced with Universal Credit.
I have just received another ESA 50 form to fill in and return am wishing to enquire as to if this is normal protocol and if I should send supporting medical information with this.

Many Thanks

Dil

Universal Credit will not have an effect on existing ESA claims for some time, this is just a standard reassessment of your claim.

It's a full review of your claim so you need to complete the forum in detail and supply evidence in support as you can, even If it has already been provided.

You don't say when you were last assessed, the ESA Descriptors and Regulations were last updated in early 2013, however, there have been some changes to the guidance so you should use the latest version of the Claim guides.
