I have the dreaded PIP2 to fill and return by 29th April, it took 7 days to receive after the initial phone call. Today the 18th I have had 2 texts reminding me that they haven't received my form yet. I had already stated my preferred method of contact was by letter and don't feel it is right that they send these phone texts which make me very anxious and upset.

You can write to the DWP reminding them that you have asked for all communications to be made in writing, this is a reasonable accommodation.
If they persist with the texts, you will need to allow time for the letter to be received and processed then you can make a formal complaint.
