I'm sure that you have done the best that you can which is all that you can ask of yourself.
Best of luck.

Thank you Gordon for all your help and advice

I think I will end up fighting it at a tribunal like last time because I have not sent them the up to date letter from my GP.
Thank you again

Send it to the same address as the ESA50 but I would also take a copy to any assessment you have and ask the assessor to read it before they start the interview.
There's nothing special that a letter needs to include, just an explanation of what you are sending, just make sure that each page, including the GP letter has your full name and National Insurance Number on it.

Thank you again Gordon

I have done all of that and will pop it in the post box recorded delivery.
The letter I had from my GP mention's about how I got my condition at work, meds that I have been on and treatment I have had she mention's how my symptoms affected me in the past and how it affects me now and how my wife is my carer and how I have sleepless nights and how the side effects of my meds affect me with daily living and how the pain makes me depressed I thought it was really good letter the letter cost me £30 just letting others know.
Thank you again for your help and advice it means a lot to me

When he called back he asked if I could send the doctors letter again which we have done today by royal mail signed for.
I know they got the letter because it shows that it was signed for on the track and trace.
He did say that they have also written to my doctor, what does he mean by this and should I worry or go to see my doctor to tell her that they have sent her a letter or something.
Any ideas ,anyone know what I should do never had this before ?
