Reassessment

I am due for review of my PIP. Nothing has changed with my condition. Would it help to send my old award report and notice of award with my application form?

I certainly don't think it will do any harm to send copies of your old award etc along with your new application.

If you have any new letters etc from your GP/consultant that support your application, I would send them along also.
