I have merged your query with the previous topics relating to your ESA appeal. It helps us enormously if everything relating to the same claim is kept in one place.
This is your appeal and you need to be happy with it. If it fails, it will be you who suffers as a result. If you feel that the documents will be helpful then you should submit them.
Send them to the Tribunal Service and they will forward them to DWP.
You might like to bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future. Then you will be able to return and ask further questions without having to start a new topic each time

lily wrote: Good afternoon everyone, just need a bit of advice re my appeal for esa, I received a letter today saying that I have to get esa at £150.70 a week until jan 2017, I am still waiting on a date for my appeal to be heard for esa as I scored no points at my medical for esa and appealed the decision ! Can someone tell me has my appeal been won as it were, without me even going to it ,or is this yet another mistake from DWP! It says too that I may need to attend work focus interviews, but will be notified of this separately if I need to go. And also, will this mean that iam not in the support group , and that is that? Thankyou in advance for any replies, it is very much appreciated.....Sorry one last thing if it is that I have been awarded esa, can I still appeal to be placed in support group?
I can't tell from your previous posts whether you were found Fit for Work or were placed in the WRAG by the Decision that you are appealing?
If it is the former, then a letter detailing payments of £150.70 would certainly suggest an award has been made in advance of the hearing, however, if you are already in the WRAG then it could simply be the annual entitlement letters that are very late this year.
I'm afraid you will have to phone the DWP to find out what is going on.
