Hi
I think I posted in the wrong place yet again because I cannot find my post.
What I wish to Know is as follows.
I had previously contacted yourselves about an ESA50 limited capability for work questionnaire. I followed your advice and returned the form along with accompying evidence on the 18th April. The form had to be returned by the 6th May. As I have not heard anything will my ESA non-contribution based, be stopped on the 6th May and hopefully started when they do reach a decision.
I did not even know I was on ESA and had not been contacted for the past 10years.
I should also mention I am on both higher rates of DLA indefinitely.

You posted in someone else's topic so I moved your post to it's own one.
You don't say when your claim was made so I'm unsure what the significance of the 6th of May is?
If you are not receiving Contribution Based ESA, as appears to be the case, then your payments will continue until a Decision is made on your claim.
