I sent a letter from my GP requesting a home visit for my ESA medical as it is impossible for me to attend the centre. In fact if I did turn up it would instantly disprove everything I put down about my condition on the form! DWP wrote to say I shpuld have attended as the gp letter was not sufficient and will stop mt esa if I don't send further supporting information. What should I send ?I no longer have a CPN as he retired and I am waiting for further counselling support .
