They are not breaking the law which is the critical thing.
If you have receive an MR Notice then you have two options; ask the DWP to do a second MR or go straight on to appeal.
We've had members successfully request a second MR, however, revision rates at MR are low, updated Decision do happen but our experience on the forum is that they don't occur frequently.
Appeal success rate are high and the panel will review your claim from scratch.
