Hi everyone i hope this isn't a silly question i have had a right sided mastectomy and in the next 4-6 weeks will be have a left sided one. At the moment i have a prosthesis but cant wear it because of problems with the surgery site. When i get my other op i will then have 2 prosthesis my question is can i say these are aids? it has affectedly me badly that i cant wear my fake boob and the possibility of this happening with the left side as well worries me. So i just wanted to find do breast prosthesis fall into the "what aids do i use" category?

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you are having to go through this surgery, but for PIP, the aids and appliances are in connection with you completing the PIP activities.
