I was wondering if it is worth putting a seperate statement in with the PIP2 form explaining all about your disability and any adaptions you have made at home (wetroom/ stairlift etc). Just incase you have missed anything of the form you feel is important.

Question 15 on the PIP2 covers this but you can attach pages as an alternative.
