Hello Mistmoo
I think until you have an award letter it's very difficult to say for definite what is happening. It IS possible to get an award without the f2f interview, especially if you have a complex illness and if you qualify for the support group etc. It doesn't mean you have been refused, just because you haven't had to attend for interview. It might have been possible to gather enough evidence from you application form and supporting evidence to make a decision.
Easier said than done, I know, but wait until your get your award letter before you totally start to panic!! You could phone the DWP and ask if they have actually made a decision yet, if it is too stressful for you?
Wishing you iuck

Hello,I have MS also and recently applied for PIP,I sent them a care plan from my social worker and a letter from my MS nurse.I did not need to go for an interview which was a huge relief I was awarded higher rate mobility and enhanced daily living.Best of luck with your application.
