The 2016 ESA50 M C and I descriptors were marked exactly as in the 2013 assessment which should have earned points this time too, imo Gordon. .

When was the ESA50 sent out, late 2012 or 2013?
What Descriptors did you qualify under in 2013?

Returned the ESA50 in March 2013. Had the WCA in April 2013 .
Never had notification about qualifying descriptors just that the ESA had been awarded although when requested it said at least 1 applied . Maybe ESA reg 25 applied then ?

Do you mean Reg.29? Reg.25 would be a hospital in-patient.
