It should be backdated to the date of the Decision that you appealed.

Please don't post in capitals it causes problems for members who use screen readers.
Being in receipt of a PIP Daily Living award can increase the applicable amount used to calculate Housing Benefit, also, depending on your Local Authority it can enable a discount of Council Tax.
