can you tell me how many points I need in total to pass my appeal eg 15 points in total would pass an appeal and can I submit my reason for appeal by typing it rather than handwritten. and do I need to re submit all my evidence as I sent this with my original renewal and the medical nurse has it all.
thank you

The appeal "criteria" are exactly the same as when you were assessed for ESA and are explained in the ESA Claim guide on the following link.

You need a total of 15 points of more for the WRAG and to be placed in the Support Group you need to meet one ore more of the SG Descriptors.
