I have just received my reconsideration reply and they have turned my claim down so i went to the citizen advice bureau and they couldn't assist in helping me but kind of told me to appeal against it so i did and sent the form off but what i would like to know is what am i going to say in the appeal when my GP or psychiatrist is not helping me nor my cpn which sees me every 3 weeks for a depot,i have a mental illness and obesity and other illnesses i am claiming pip but i don't know where to turn too,i am nervous and what am i going to present when i don't have paper work but only my mouth and if am cross questioned,i'll get stuck in my words and i don't have representative because that's why i went cab so they can sort everything out but even they have left me alone,i would be grateful what should i do am all alone in this world if you could show me ways where they cannot refuse me or have there way out.thank you ASAP REPLY SAMKHAN.

I'm sorry you're feeling so lost and neglected. Awful when you don't really know where to go next.
It's a bit difficult to know what to advise you since you've already sent off your appeal papers without getting any backing or support from your medical team. You really need some sort of supportive evidence if you are to have much chance of winning any appeal.
Have your GP and psychiatrist refused to support you? And why can your CPN not offer any help? They must have given some reason for a refusal.
I think the best thing to do is to hope that some other members of the forum will be able to offer some suggestions as to how you can present your case. There must be other members who have gone to appeal with little or no supportive back-up.
I'm sorry to seem so negative, but honestly with no medical support you will find it very difficult to change your award. Hopefully other members of the forum will be able to offer you some constructive advice. Good luck.

Every time your specialist has seen you, a letter has been sent to your GP. It might be helpful to have a look at your GP records and take a copy of anything that is supportive of your claim. There will probably be a charge for this.
Requesting your medical records
Charging for medical records
We also have resources that might be helpful
PIP help for claimants
ESA mandatory reconsiderations and appeals
Appearance before tribunals
This video relates to ESA appeals but the process on the day will be very similar for PIP (there will be one extra person on the panel for PIP)
The video DWP tried to ban
You might want to bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future. That will allow you to return with further questions/comments rather than having to start a new topic each time. It helps us enormously when everything relating to the same claim is kept in one place - and I hope you will find it useful too

The other thing is i am going to request SAR from all of them but still whatif they refuse on grounds of my mental illness, might harm them depending on whats written in them so what do i say to the tribunal then that this is the reason me harming them they wouldnt allow me for SAR.
I feel so upset that i even dont feel like attending my pyschitrist appointments and the rest.

It is true that GP's etc., receive a payment for completing reports for the DWP, however, as you are now at the appeal stage the DWP will not now write to any of those who support you.
Your GP should be able to tell you if there is any Harmful Information in your records, the vast majority of claimants do not.
Please keep up with your appointments, if you don't then you are letting them win and they don't deserve that.
