my wife is on middle rate pip. for the last few months her condition is getting worse .the doctors just say take more drugs ...shes on so much all ready and has no quality of life at the moment . who and how do we contact to see if we can get the higher rate for mobility so at least i can take her out .

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

I'm afraid it may not be that easy!
If you are on the UK mainland and your wife was under the age of 65 on 8 April 2013, then any request for her DLA claim to be reassessed will result in an invitation to claim PIP.
If she was over 65 on the above date then a request for reassessment will result in a DLA reassessment but she cannot be awarded the Mobility component unless you can show that she met the criteria before she was 65.
If you are in Northern Ireland, then it is still possible to be reassessed for DLA under the age of 65, but you only have about a week to make the request after which the law will be changed and it will be PIP.
PIP has significantly stricter criteria, especially for Mobility, than DLA, so if you would have to claim PIP, then you should have a good read of our PIP Claim guide before proceeding
