Hi There I'm not sure where to ask this but hope someone has had this scenario and received a response.
I had an assessment back in 2012 and was found to be fit for work, I asked them to look at it again and was found again fit for work,

I appealed and won my appeal with a recommendation not to re assess and was re-instated to the ESA support group.

I have now been asked to fill in the assessment form again which they are entirely at liberty to do and I was wondering if I should send a copy of the tribunal decision with the completed form.

Will this help my case or just antagonise the people asking me to fill in the form? Because my state of health has not changed if anything part of it has got worse, I will be appealing the decision if it does not go my way.
Many Thanks Tony

There's no harm in you including the Tribunal's Decision with your current claim, but as it is from 2012 you will need to explain in detail why it is still relevant to your conditions as they are now.

Please make sure that you use the latest ESA claim guides, there have been changes to the Regulations, Descriptors and Guidance since you were last assessed
