Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
PIP query? was created by Gareth56
If for example to need assistance with getting in and out of the shower because your shower is over the bath could the assessor determine that if you had a "normal" walk in shower then you wouldn't need any help and so award no points for that descriptor?
Is it like ESA where they can use the imaginary wheelchair to decide if you can mobilise more than 50m by using a wheelchair even if you don't have/use one.
Ta.

The test is a literal one and considers your ability to get in and out of an un-adapted bath or shower. If your shower is over the bath then it would be this that is tested.
