DLA was created by V123
I am on DLA for both mobility and care. I have been on it since 2012 and it's for an indefinite period. When can I expect to be assessed for PIP? Any ideas would be gratefully received. Thanks guys

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Victoria,
All areas are now 'live' for PIP transfers. However, there is no set order in which claimants should be selected. All we can say is that you should hear anytime between now and several years time (depending on how long it really takes to get through everyone).
I understand that not knowing adds to your anxiety

To confuse matters, both myself and my adult son who lives with me, are on indefinite high rate DLA for both components. I have been 'invited' to apply for DLA, whereas we have had nothing for my son. Go figure, as they say
