PIP Claim Form

Letter from DWD today saying DLA ending soon and need to make a new claim for PIP. Knew this was due to drop through the door any time soon so not too surprised but why is it you need to call them to start the claim off. Is there another way to get the form without having to call them?

If you prefer not to start the PIP application process by phone, you can request a PIP1 form instead. You will have to request this by phone (tel 0800 917 2222 OR 0800 917 7777) or write to the address on the letter inviting you to apply for the benefit. Hope this is of help to you.
