Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Victoria,
Yes, we have seen a steady trickle of indefinite DLA claimants 'invited' to claim PIP. However, we expect it to take several years for the process to be completed and, during this time, claimants seem to be selected at random.

Hi,
I was on DLA Indefinite/life award since 1999 with higher rate with both components of DLA, and migrated thru to PIP going thru the form completion and a F2F in March of this year. I received an indefinite award with no end date or a date stating when they will review me after, both components again with high rate.
My assessor was kind, friendly and professional.
I asked for my SAR in writing at the end of March, I finally received it after my MP intervention 90 days later.
Useful paperwork for when the ESA is due yet again and of course for any future PIP involvement.
