my wife has been on contribution based ESA for the past three months when she went on to half pay . she applied to get put on the work related support group but was refiused despite having severe back pain and being very imobile. does her getting half pay have anything to do with not getting on WRSG.
Has your wife been found Fit for Work or did she ask to be placed on Income Related ESA?
If the former, then her still receiving pay from her employer would have nothing to do with it, if the latter then her pay would be deducted £ for £ from any ESA(IR) that would be payable.
