Im carer to my partner who has received his letter on Thursday ,yesterday dated 26 th of June informing him he has a Home assesment by Capita for P.IP on Tuesday 5 th July at 9 am. He had meningoccal encephalitis at age 6 that left him with epilepsy, learning difficulties and severe memory problems. He gets ESA in the support group. This seems rather rushed through as we only sent forms back on 7th June,should we be concerned. Annette.
