Wra while I appeal ? was created by junemason1973@ms
Hi, Could anyone please answer a question for me ?
I'm currently in the process of sending in my mandatory reconsideration request and preparing my appeal after being reassessed for ESA and placed in the wrag , I had previously been in the the support group for two years.
I suffer from agoraphobia , depression and social phobia and become very distressed around people to the point I become suicidal.
Would I still have to attend wfi and do wra while I'm appealing? As I would find this impossible...

Any advice would be much appreciated...

I'm afraid while you are in the WRAG then you are subject to WFIs and WRA, however, your JC+ advisor must take into account your limitations when setting you activities to perform so the most important thing is to contact them and explain your problems as they will not have access to any of the information on the computer information that they see. Also make it clear that you are challenging the Decision, this can also limit what they ask you to do.

If they have not yet contacted you then don't worry until they do.
