Unsuccessful PIP claim

Hi,
I have just received letter advising me I have scored 0 points on both components of PIP.
The decision was based on observations and what I have supposedly disclosed within a 35 minute assessment.
The statement is full of lies and I am really upset.
The assessor also lied to me during the assessment, stating that I had not mentioned that I have costocondritus on my claim form. I checked on my copy at home,and I had disclosed it alongside fibro!yalgia and other conditions.
I shall request a reconsideration tomorrow, but feel so upset and disheartened.

I'm sorry your PIP claim has been refused

Please make good use of our PIP guide when requesting the MR. Don't forget that you will only score the necessary points by showing how and why you meet the criteria. Simply pulling apart the report will not be enough in itself, so make sure you spend your time and energy where it will have the most effect.
