what is this? for what reason?

I get PIP a year now from 2015

what shall consult with me to do

The CHADA (Maximus) deal with assessing ESA claims. Do you have an ESA claim at the moment? Have you filled in an ESA50 form recently?

Yes I had made a claim of months ago for ESA
I remember months ago before, October, or November 2015
and I forgot

and todayI received this letter face to face assessment in Centre for Helth And Disability Assessment

Hi to all

one month ago I had a medical face to face

and four days before I received a brown envelope from DWP a decision
writes me that:

"YOUR CLAIM FOR EMPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT ALLOWANCE
A CHANGE IN THE EMPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT ALLOWANCE RATE PAYBLE"

(We have loked at your claim following a recent change.
We cannot pay you because you have not paid,or been credited with enough National Insurance Conttributions.

We have used the tax years ending 5 April 2012 and 5 April 2013 to assess your claim.)

I know there The 2 types of ESA 1 contribution-based ESA and 2 income-related ESA , on a low income.

what you advise,i to do ??? must disputing decision, and to submit an Mandatory Reconsideration?? Or Not?

Hi Christos,

I have merged with question with the previous topic relating to your ESA. It helps us very much when everything about the same claim is kept in the same topic.

You said that you applied for ESA last year? But have only recently got the letter saying that you have not paid enough NI? DWP usually look at this at the beginning, not many months into the claim!

Do you agree that you have not paid enough NI in the 2 years mentioned? If you think this is wrong, you should contact NI and ask them to conform your payments.

If you think you have not paid enough NI you should contact DWP and ask for an ESA3 form which will collect details of your financial situation. This will decide whether you are entitled to income-related ESA.
