just wondering if there has been a petition to get all letters whether generated by a computer or not from any dwp department to have a signature of a responsible person on the bottom. Far to many letters are sent out that are so ambiguous that they are pointless or need further clarification as to what is being sought. If every letter was signed at least their would be an accountable person and perhaps not so many replies would be lost.

Two problems I'm afraid, almost all DWP letters are produced electronically from a range of standard letters and most letters are signed on behalf of the Secretary of State!
Although I do agree that most letters lack any form or clarity as to the information they are trying to convey.
