PIP

Hi I have looked everywhere to try and find a completed PIP form, ie how the person has described each question, its just for an insight JUST IN CASE !

Hi IDS,

I am not aware of a sample completed form anywhere. However, the PIP guides give advice as to how you can fill in the form, with examples for each question.
