Hi
I have just received my assessment report and on reading it I have noticed that the assessor has got left and right mixed up. I wear a splint and support on my right hand and wrist but it's been put down as my left . On some comments it's correct others incorrect. Should I contact someone if so who.

You could write a short letter to the DWP for the attention of the Decision Maker clarifying which hand is actually splinted.
