Hi
I wondered if anyone could advise what to do:
-ESA at medical assessment the assessor has not put accurate information when completing the file and only scored 6 points.
- Have completed MR -decision not reverted, therefore I have been advised to claim jsa while case been taken to the tribunal.

I am low with money and all my benefits been stopped.

Shall I claim jsa? Under what conditions as I am not fit for work and still to undergo certain medicals. Have long history of depression and anxiety and in constant pain from other illnesses.

Your opinion is much appreciated.

Thank you

The only benefit you are entitled to at this time is JSA, so if you need to income then you don't really have much choice, however, once you have made a claim and it has been accepted, you can present a new Fit Note and be excused from any Job Search requirement for up to 13 weeks.
