Can you help me I keeping ringing ESA phone number 0345 608 8545 to check they have received my medical records and no one anwers the phone I just get put on hold I have phone them over 20 times it is nearly ! month since I sent them them my records . I just do not know what to do . Thanks Allan

You can write to them, but a reply may take weeks.
The phone lines open at 8am, it's usually easier to get through at that time, also it's better to hang on rather than redialling.
