my husband has received his dla to pip application, i have a copy of his esa medical report from jan 2015 when he was moved from incapacity benefit to esa in the support group it says no improvement can be expected over the longer term,should i include it with form and will they look at it,thank you.

Yes you can, but you must show the relevance of the ESA report to the PIP activities for it to carry weight, although there appears to be crossover between the two, the reality is that in most cases the criteria is quite different.
