I just wondered if you could work if you on Esa and in the support group? and if anyone can help.

You can it comes under the heading of Permitted Work, there are restriction on the hours that you can work, how much you can work and currently if you are not in the Support Group, how many weeks you can work for. There is a guide to PW in the ESA section.
